The App allows you to prepare construction service inquiries. Depending on the information you choose to enter, this may include:

You should only provide information that is necessary for your inquiry.

Local Data Storage

The App may save a basic summary of your service inquiry locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

Locally saved information is used to:

• Display your saved request history
• Let you review previous inquiries
• Prepare an inquiry email again
• Improve your experience within the App

This locally saved information is not automatically uploaded to our server.

You can delete individual request summaries from the Saved Requests screen. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App may also remove locally stored information.

Email Inquiries

The App does not submit service inquiries automatically.

When you choose to continue with an inquiry, the App opens an installed email application with the following information prepared:

• Support email address
• Email subject
• Inquiry details
• Project information

You must review and send the email manually.

If you send the email, the information will be processed by:

• Your selected email provider
• HAIDER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY’s support mailbox
• Authorized personnel handling service inquiries

Your email provider processes information according to its own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

Information you voluntarily send to us may be used to:

• Respond to your construction service inquiry
• Understand the requested project scope
• Contact you regarding your inquiry
• Discuss service availability and timing
• Prepare or discuss a final quotation
• Provide customer or application support

Sending an inquiry does not guarantee project acceptance, availability, pricing, delivery or a particular service date.

Informational Estimates

The App includes an informational construction cost estimator.

Estimator results and displayed starting rates are provided only for general planning. They are not final quotations or guaranteed prices.

Final project costs may depend on:

• Project drawings and measurements
• Site conditions
• Materials and finishing quality
• Labour requirements
• Project location
• Transportation
• Taxes and applicable charges
• Changes in project scope
• Current market rates

The App does not collect payment through the estimator.

Payment Information

The App does not provide an online payment gateway.

We do not collect or process:

• Credit card details
• Debit card details
• Bank account information
• Digital-wallet credentials
• Online banking passwords
• Payment authentication codes

Cash on Delivery and Pay at Pickup are displayed only as payment preferences for later discussion. Selecting an option does not complete a payment or create a financial transaction.

Internet Access and Service Images

The App uses internet access to display construction-related images hosted by external image providers, including Unsplash and Pexels.

When an image is requested, the external provider may receive technical information normally involved in delivering internet content, such as:

• IP address
• Device or browser information
• Request date and time
• Requested image address

This processing is controlled by the relevant provider’s privacy practices:

The App does not use these image requests to create user profiles.

App Permissions

The App requests internet access to load remote service images.

The App does not require access to:

• Contacts
• Call logs
• SMS messages
• Microphone
• Camera
• Precise location
• Photos or media

Your installed email application is opened through an Android intent only when you choose an email-related action.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information you manually email to us may be accessed by authorized personnel for service inquiry and support purposes.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Respond to a lawful authority request
• Protect users, the company or others
• Investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents

Data Retention

Locally saved request summaries remain on your device until you:

• Delete them from the App
• Clear the App’s storage
• Uninstall the App

Information manually emailed to us may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Respond to the inquiry
• Provide requested support
• Maintain appropriate business records
• Resolve disputes
• Meet legal obligations

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry and applicable requirements.

Data Deletion Requests

You can delete locally saved request summaries directly from the Saved Requests screen.

To request deletion of information that you manually emailed to us, contact:

Include enough information to help us locate the relevant message, such as your request ID, email address or approximate inquiry date.

We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information received through our support email.

However, no local storage, email service or internet transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users should avoid entering sensitive financial information, passwords, identity documents or unrelated confidential information in the inquiry form.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general construction service inquiries and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

Services Not Provided

The App does not provide:

• Financial services
• Loans or credit
• Investment opportunities
• Cryptocurrency services
• Gambling
• Medical advice
• Adult services
• Reward or earning schemes
• Government services

The App is not affiliated with or presented as a government authority.

Third-Party Applications

The App may open an external email application selected by the user.

Third-party applications operate independently and may have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of applications that we do not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features, data practices or legal requirements change.

The updated policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date. Users should review this policy periodically.
